Stonehouse Recruitment Group is celebrating a double win at the Recruiter Awards 2026, with two members of the team recognised for their outstanding contribution to the recruitment industry.
Lily Robertson, Senior Recruitment Consultant, has been named New Recruiter of the Year, while Sohan Modi AIRP, Director & Founder of Stonehouse Recruitment Group, has won Recruitment Industry Entrepreneur of the Year.
The two awards represent a significant achievement for Stonehouse Recruitment Group and recognise the dedication, ambition and people-first approach that Lily and Sohan bring to recruitment.
Lily Robertson, Senior Recruitment Consultant at Stonehouse Recruitment Group, was named New Recruiter of the Year at the Recruiter Awards 2026.
The award recognises Lily’s achievements and development within the recruitment industry, highlighting her commitment to building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Lily focuses on Town Planning within the South East and East Anglia of the United Kingdom, specialising in senior/c-suite roles in the public sector, working with local authorities.
Since joining Stonehouse, Lily has developed a consultative approach to recruitment, taking the time to understand the people and organisations she works with rather than treating recruitment as simply a process of filling vacancies.
Her recognition as New Recruiter of the Year is a reflection of the impact she has made within her role and the contribution she continues to make to the wider Stonehouse team.

Sohan Modi AIRP, Director & Founder of Stonehouse Recruitment Group, was recognised as Recruitment Industry Entrepreneur of the Year at the Recruiter Awards 2026.
The award celebrates Sohan’s contribution to the recruitment industry and his role in developing and growing Stonehouse Recruitment Group.
Sohan has played a central role in shaping Stonehouse’s approach to recruitment, with a focus on building long-term relationships, delivering a high level of service and creating a strong culture within the business.
His entrepreneurial approach has helped shape the direction of Stonehouse Recruitment Group as the company continues to grow across its specialist recruitment markets.

Although the Recruiter Awards 2026 recognised Lily and Sohan individually, the evening was also a celebration of the wider Stonehouse Recruitment Group team.
