Senior Planning Officer
A Local Authority in Greater London is looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join on an interim basis. This will be for an initial 6-month basis with view to extend.
About The Role
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to come and assist with the negotiation and case management of complex planning applications, delivering significant levels of investment within the Borough. This role will involve the processing of planning appeals, the provision of specialist planning advice, day to day management of pre-application processes or similar function within the area team and determination of appropriate planning applications under the Scheme of Delegation
The role requires an office presence of once a week.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification.
