About The Role
I am working with a Local Authority in the North West to assist in finding the right candidate to go in and hit the ground running in dealing with S106 monitoring, CIL and dealing with FOI requests.
This role will be hybrid with office presence required once a week.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be RTPI registered or on their way to accreditation and have extensive experience in managing Planning Enforcement teams.
When
The client is looking to interview and appoint someone as soon as possible.
