I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking to appoint a Private Sector Housing Officer.

About The Role

I am working with a Local Authority in the North West to help secure an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to assist with enforcement and inspection work across the private rented sector.

Responsibilities will include property inspections, investigating housing complaints, progressing enforcement action and ensuring compliance with housing legislation.

The role offers hybrid working, with a mixture of office-based duties and site visits.

Rates will start from £45 per hour, depending on experience.

About The Candidate

Candidates should have previous experience working within a Private Sector Housing team within a Local Authority and a strong understanding of enforcement and inspection processes.

When

The client is looking to interview and appoint as soon as possible.
