I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking to appoint a Private Sector Housing Officer.

About The Role

I am assisting a Local Authority in the West Midlands with the appointment of an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support the team with enforcement and inspection work across the private rented sector.

The role will involve investigating complaints, carrying out property inspections, progressing enforcement action, and ensuring compliance with relevant housing legislation.

The role offers hybrid working, with a mixture of office-based work and property inspections.

Rates will start from £45 per hour, depending on experience.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have Local Authority experience within Private Sector Housing and be confident progressing enforcement cases independently.
