A local authority is looking for a Principal Planning Officer to oversee a caseload of major applications.
The client is looking for a candidate that has excellent communication and customer care skills, experience dealing with developers and going to committee.
The role will be hybrid, only requiring office attendance once every two weeks.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience with major applications.
When
The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
