Head of Planning
A Local Authority in Central England is looking for a Head of Planning to join on an interim basis and oversee a number of Departments. This would be on an initial 3-month contract with a view to extend.
About The Role
The client is looking for a candidate to come in and oversee the Development Management Department, Planning Enforcement Department, and Building Control Department. The candidate will also lead the Planning Policy Department and Local Plan Updates. The role also involves managing Planning Applications, appeals and Stakeholder engagement.
The role will be a hybrid role.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and have senior leadership experience.
