I am currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for a Team Leader in their Development Management Department.
About The Role
I am working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to assist in finding the right candidate to go in and hit the ground running in supporting a team of 5-10 officers, ranging from Planning Officer to Principal level. This role will be mostly people management, getting involved with the more contentious applications and presenting at committee.
This role will be hybrid with office presence required weekly.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be RTPI accredited or on their way to accreditation and have extensive experience in within Local Authority Planning teams.
When
The client is looking to interview and appoint someone as soon as possible.
