Principal Planning Officer - London

A local authority in North London are looking for a Principal Planning Officer to join their team on an intial 6 month basis.

About the Role

They are looking for a Principal Majors Applications Planner at a leading London borough known for its impressive projects.

The role with consist of managing and processing a caseload of large scale major and strategic applications consisting of residential led mixed use, tall buildings, community infrastructure, and commercial developments etc.

The pay rate is competitive and they are willing to pay more off a sucessful interview. 

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of managing a Planning team.

When

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
