Principal / Team Leader - Development Management 

A local authority in the East Midlands is looking for a Planning Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month basis.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Principal Planner / Team Leader to assist with the day to day functions of a development management team.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of majors within the Development Management team and assist with sign off and mentoring junior members of staff. You will be working with a team of planners with fantastic team culture and reporting directly to the Development Management Manager. There is some office presence required and the candidate may be required to have a driver’s licence.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and will have experience at a Principal or Team Leader level within Development Management Teams.
