Team Leader/ Principal Planning Consultant - East Anglia

About the role: 

A local authority are looking for a Principal planning consultant to assist with case officer responsibility for a mixed caseload of applications.

The client are looking for someone to conduct the following:

Dealing with a range of applications, including housed developments, sign off duties and mentoring junior staff.

About the Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience being a Principal Planner and in handling complex Major applications.
