Development Management Team Leader - South West

A local authority in the South West are looking for a Team Leader to join their team on an intiial 6 month basis with a likely view to extend into a 12 month contract.

About the Role

A local authority is looking for a Team Leader to manage an Area team, consisting of a mixture of different levels of planners.

The role with consist of dealing with 1400 sign off applications per year between the two Team Leaders, and managing a team between 5 and 6 planners. They will be reporting directly to a Head of Planning and Head of Service. 

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of managing a Planning team.
