Development Management Manager

A local authority in the South East of England is looking for a DM Manager with proven experience of managing a planning service within Local Authority.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running in providing leadership and day to day management of the development management team. Performance driven results are crucial for this role and you will be taking part in the recruitment for the department, building the right team with the right culture.

This role will require a presence in the office once a month to attend a monthly evening meeting.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working at a DM Manager level or have extensive experience managing a large service within Local Authority Planning Departments.
