Development Management Manager - East Midlands

A local authority in the East Midlands is looking for a DM Manager to come in and oversee a small team of planners.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to oversee and mentor a group of Senior and Principal Development Management Planners. My client is currently looking to fill the post on an initial 3 - 6 month contract. Experience in managing a team or acting as a head of service will come in handy and experience dealing with agricultural & heritage cases will be desireable for this role.

The client is looking for someone to come into the office three times a week to support this small team of junior members.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of managing a Planning team.
