Senior Policy Officer – South West England - £43/h

A local authority in the South West of England is looking for a Part Time Senior Policy Officer to join their team on an initial 12 month basis with a view to extend, as maternity cover.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running and work 3 days a week, assisting with a large local plan process and settle into a team that works closely with neighbouring authorities. They need a specific focus on Housing Policy and gypsy and traveller policies.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge covering all aspects of Planning Policy and have experience working within Local Authority at Senior level.
