Team Leader Development Management  - West Midlands

A local authority in the West Midlands is looking for a Planning Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Team Leader to assist with their team and shadowing of the majors team.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of majors as well as mentoring a group of Senior and Principal Development Management Planners. They will be working with a team of planners with fantastic team culture and reporting directly to a Head of Planning and Head of Service. 

Experience with Enforcement is also desired with management experience being equally important.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of managing a Planning team.
