About the role: 

A local authority are looking for a principal planner to assist the head of Development Management and the Head of Planning. 

The client are looking for someone to conduct the following:

A range of applications from minors and householders to majors and presenting in committee when needed. 

About the Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience in a Principal or Senior role and would have previously handled minor and major applications.

When:

The client is looking to interview and proceed with the right candidate as soon as possible.
