Senior Planning Officer - £45/h

A local authority in the South East of England is looking for a Senior Planning Officer to assist with a backlog of cases.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to clear a backlog of minor and complex minor applications.   

This role will be flexible in terms of office presence and site visits.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Senior level in Development Management Planning Departments. Experience with Householder, Minor and Complex Minor Applications is required.

When

The client is looking to interview as soon as possible and proceed with the right candidate with a prospective start date as soon as possible.
