Principal Planner/ Team Leader Development Management - Derbyshire

A local authority in Derbyshire is looking for a Principal Planning Officer/ Team Leader to join their team on an initial 6 month basis.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Team Leader to assist the team with a caseload of major applications and with signing applications off.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of majors as well as mentoring a group of Senior Development Management Planners. They will be working with a team of planners with fantastic team culture.

The Authority would like to find a candidate who would be happy to go into the office 2/3 days a week.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of assisting in the management of a planning team.
