Senior Planning Officer - South East - £45/h

A local authority in the South East is looking for a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Senior Planning Officer to assist with a shortage in their team.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of Minors, complex minors and some majors. Dealing with a mid range of cases including dwellings up to 10.

The role will be split between the office and home working however the client is open to flexible working arrangements for the right candidate, with roughly one day in the office per week.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and on their way to accreditation. The client is happy to consider applicants who are not chartered but have experience with Minor and Complex Minor applications.
