Senior Development Management Planner

A local authority in the South West of England is looking for a Planning Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month basis.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Senior Planner to assist with a mixed caseload of minor and major projects.

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and hit the ground running to deal with a caseload of minors, mediums, and majors within the Development Management team. They will be working with a team of planners with fantastic team culture and reporting directly to the Development Management Manager. There is limited office presence required and the client is happy for the candidate to be based remotely.   

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of managing a Planning team.
