Principal Planning Officer – West Midlands - £47/h

A West Midlands based Local Authority is looking for a Principal Planning Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About The Role

A local authority is looking for a Principal Planning Officer to go in and hit the ground running with a Specific Major Application.

The role will also include some consultation on smaller Major Applications.

The role will be split between the office and home working with office presence required once every two weeks. The hours offered are part-time however full time will be considered for the right applicant.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal level and experience in Strategic Major Applications.
