Job Description

A Local Authority in the South East of England is looking for a Tribunal, Mediation and Complex Case Manager on a temporary interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a niche market for a very affluent client who will reward you with competitive rates and hybrid working. 

The role 

The client is looking for a candidate who will manage Tribunal cases and work with the Special Educational Needs Manager to determine whether agreements can be achieved before or during a hearing, reviewing Tribunal decisions to identify learning points for the Local Authority and ensuring that Tribunal directions are fully implemented.

Furthermore, you will take responsibility for other complex cases as specified by the SEN Manager and work closely with colleagues in Children's Services, Adult Social Care and other Council teams and Health agencies. 

Candidate

The client is looking for a Local Authority Lawyer who specialises in Childcare and has experience in SEN and SENDiass.
