Development Management Team Leader - South East

A local authority in the South East is looking for a Development Management Team Leader to join their team on an initial 6 month basis with a view to extend.

About the Role

A local authority is looking for a Team Leader to manage an Area team, consisting of a mixture of different levels of planners.

The role with consist of dealing with sign off applications, and managing a team. They will be reporting directly to a Development Management Manager and Head of Planning.

About The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification and experience at a Principal or Managerial level or experience of managing a Planning team.

When
