Development Management Team Leader - East Anglia

About the role:  

A local authority are looking for a Team Leader to assist the Development Management Manager and to take a lead on Planning Committee report preparation and presenting at Committee. 

The client are looking for someone to conduct the following: 

Managing a team of 3 or 4 team members and a small caseload of Major applications, office presence 2 days per week to begin with but negotiable further down the line.

About the Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience being a Team Leader and handling large Major applications (300+ dwellings).
