Stonehouse is supporting a local authority in the recruitment of an experienced Private Sector Housing Team Leader to join their team on an interim basis.
Working Arrangements
• Hybrid working available
• £55-60 per hour (DOE)
• Initial 3-month contract with potential extension

The Role
• Leading and supporting a Private Sector Housing team
• Managing and overseeing Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs)
• Supporting housing improvement and grant delivery
• Working alongside enforcement teams and key stakeholders
• Overseeing HMO licensing and compliance functions
Requirements
• Local Authority Private Sector Housing experience
• Strong DFG/grants knowledge
• Experience leading or managing housing teams
• HMO licensing experience
• Good understanding of housing legislation and service delivery
