Private Sector Housing Officer
I am currently working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking to appoint a Private Sector Housing Officer to join their Housing team.
About The Role
The role will primarily involve responding to housing-related complaints, carrying out inspections, managing a varied caseload, and supporting compliance with relevant housing legislation and local authority procedures.
This is a full-time position for an initial duration of 3 months.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified PSH officer with strong, demonstrable experience specifically within Private Sector Housing (HHSRS certified). You should be confident in carrying out inspections and supporting compliance with relevant housing legislation.
Rates
Rates are competitive and negotiable based on experience. Please state your expected hourly or daily fee upon application.
