Development Management Manager
A Local Authority in South East England is looking for a Development Management Manager to join on an interim basis. This would be on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
About The Role
My client is looking for an experienced DM Manager with the main focus of the role being supporting the integration of the Technical support team back into Planning including redesign of what the team is doing and supporting a restructure of the team, together with technical support and training. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the DM teams, enforcement and strategic sites sits outside this. You will support the AD Planning on developing and delivering a Planning Improvement Plan.
The role will be a hybrid role, with office presence required once a week.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be chartered by RTPI, or an equivalent qualification.
