A Local Authority in Central England is looking for a Section 106 Officer to join on an interim basis to cover a 12-month maternity leave.

About The Role

The client is looking for a candidate to come in and cover a 12-month maternity leave for a permanent member of staff. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring section 106 agreements and planning obligations.  Experience calculating commuted sums, raising invoices, and reporting on S106 obligations would be ideal.

The role will be a hybrid role, with flexible office presence.
