Sohan joined the industry in 2014 after completing his degrees in History and Law.
For over a decade, Sohan has assisted hundreds of Public and Private Sector companies with their teams and provided high-calibre staffing across numerous levels.
He was shortlisted for "Recruiter of the Year" for placing contracting consultants and has also successfully set up a number of divisions within Corporate and Regulatory Services.
Additionally, Sohan has been highly involved in CSR and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, helping raise tens of thousands of pounds and awareness through various partner organisations.
Most recently, Sohan has been shortlisted for the Recruiter 'Recruitment Industry Entrepreneur of the Year' Award. Alongside being shortlisted by REC and Tiara Awards for Business Leader Awards.
In his spare time, Sohan enjoys playing cricket, golf, or going on long walks with his dog, often ending the day with a nice pint at the pub!
Liz joined Stonehouse in 2025 as its Non-Executive Director, advising on the strategic facets of the business.
With over 20 years in recruitment, Liz is a sought-after industry leader known for implementing growth-driving frameworks and generating substantial revenue.
For the past decade, she has run her own consultancy, coaching recruiters from entry-level to senior billers, while advising board-level leaders.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys countryside hikes, cycling with her partner, and relaxing at the spa, often with a glass of champagne in hand.
Kitty joined Stonehouse in 2025, looking to join a company where she could put her own stamp on their identity.
Graduating with honors from Sussex University with a degree in Marketing and Management with Psychology, Kitty ensures that Stonehouse’s branding aligns with its values and mission.
She leads our most important focus: “Our People.” In 2026, Stonehouse has been shortlisted by the REC, Tiara and Recruiter Awards for Best Company to Work For.
In her free time, she can be found spending weekends enjoying dinners with friends or at Pilates class!

Lily joined Stonehouse in 2025 after running her own beauty business for 4 years.
Although she enjoyed her previous venture, she wanted to explore a career in recruitment.
Lily focuses on Town Planning within the South East and East Anglia of the United Kingdom.
Lily expertly covers Development Management, Planning Policy, Planning Enforcement, Conservation & Trees and Interim Management.
Most recently, Lily has been shortlisted for both the REC 'Best Newcomer in Recruitment' Award and Recruiter 'New Recruiter of the Year' Award!
In her free time, she enjoys brunches with friends, gym sessions, and preparing for HYROX events!

Jake joined Stonehouse in 2023 after working in events at a publishing company, following his English Literature degree.

Most recently, Jake has been shortlisted for the REC 'Candidate Experience of the Year' Award.

Debbie joined Stonehouse in 2025 as Finance Director, to add another dimension to our SLT.
With over 30 years of providing support to recruitment businesses, Debbie will be an integral part of strategy planning and execution for Stonehouse.
Most recently, our Finance function has been shortlisted by the REC, Tiara and Recruiter Awards for impeccable back office support and compliance.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her new granddaughter and finding new places to walk her dog.
Laureta joined Stonehouse in 2025, looking to further build on her knowledge within Finance.
After graduating with honors from Brunel University with a degree in Sociology, Laureta joined Stonehouse to further build her knowledge and expertise within Finance and Compliance.

In her free time, she can be found spending weekends with family, going for walks, bowling or playing tennis.

Ollie specialises in Environmental Health, Private Sector Housing, Food Safety, Environmental Protection and Housing in the South East of the United Kingdom.
When he's not working, you can find Ollie at a Chelsea FC game, watching a feel-good movie, or spending time with his loved ones.
Teddy joined Stonehouse in 2026. He enjoyed his previous venture as a managing chef but decided he wanted to explore a career in recruitment like his older brother.
Teddy focuses on Environmental Health in the Midlands and North of the United Kingdom.
In his free time Teddy enjoys frequenting the cricket club, going to house music events with friends, and trying new food spots with his partner.

Avi joined Stonehouse in 2026 eager to get into the recruitment industry, having recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh, whilst working at an AI-based Finance startup.

He takes great pride in delivering a committed approach to each individual candidate and client.
In his free time Avi enjoys playing football, drumming and trying, but failing, to get better at golf.

The birth of Stonehouse! At the end of 2021 Sohan starts Stonehouse Recruitment Group.
Stonehouse operates from Sohan’s kitchen. By the end of the first year, Stonehouse assists 15 clients and starts a charity with 4 other friends.
In April of 2023 we moved into our first offices! July of 2023, Jake began at Stonehouse! Awarded Hypergrowth business in December 2023. By the end of 2023 we had accumulated 30 clients across 2 divisions with 4 exclusive clients.
Jake promoted to Senior Consultant and won the Best Newcomer by REC in December 2024! In December 2024, we joined the BAME Planners Network and continued in helping the homeless. You Inspire now has 300 people apart of it.
Liz Flavell joined us in January 2025, as Non-Executive Director. Lily Robertson also joined us in April 2025, as our newest Recruiting Consultant. Lily broke the record for quickest to commission and probation! Kitty Robertson joined the following month, to help Stonehouse market their business. In June 2025, we moved to our new 16-person office!
