Development Management Manager
I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South West who are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the Development Management and Enforcement functions of a large area.
About The Role
My client is looking for a Development Management Manager to come in and hit the ground running by overseeing the DM and Enforcement functions for a large area, delegating to team leaders for different areas and implementing various service improvements to reduce backlog.
This role is a hybrid role, preferably with a weekly presence in the office.
About The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large service area for Development Management and be able to demonstrate positive impact within a previous authority.
